Dave Neil has played a key role in the Communications and IT industry since 1990 providing sales, service and support to hundreds of thousands of clients throughout Ontario. Dave is the President and Owner of Neil Communications and Neil Corporate Services (NCS). The company’s Head Office is located in North Bay, Ontario, Canada and currently employs 62 people.

Neil Communications was started in 1990 with the opening of a Bell World retail store in North Bay followed by a second location in Sudbury that opened in 1991. Through a strong partnership with Bell, Neil Communications has been providing Wireless/Data solutions, Internet solutions, Wireline solutions and Television solutions to thousands of individuals and companies.

NCS was started in the 1998 providing IT service and support to Fortune 1000 companies, all levels of government and numerous retail companies in Ontario. The company operates 24 X 7 X 365 throughout the entire province of Ontario (except the GTA). The company currently has Service Centers in North Bay, Sudbury, Ottawa, Thunder Bay, Kingston, Timmins, Sault Ste. Marie, Dryden, Barrie, Owen Sound, Kitchener, Chatham, Pembroke and Hamilton. By developing strategic partnerships with Canada’s leading IT companies, NCS has become one of the leading regional IT companies in Ontario.

Dave has university degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario and Dave has the CTM designation as a Toastmaster. Dave volunteers as a local hockey coach each year and Dave is strongly committed to his family, community and business interests.

Over the past 18 years, Dave has faced numerous challenges in business such as the dot com bust, recessions, shrinking margins due to the Big Box Retailer phenomenon, industry skill shortages, loss of major customers and more. These challenges have helped Dave grow personally allowing Dave to act in a positive manner to all new challenges he faces on a daily basis.
